Manu bakso, pada dasarnya ada tiga. Pertama, bakso gerobak keliling. Kedua, bakso yang mangkal di warung. Ketiga, bakso millenial. Ketiganya tidak untuk dibandingkan, sebab, orang bilang tidak apple to apple. Dan ini memang bukan tentang apel. Tapi bakso Arseto yang ada di Pondok Petir, Bojongsari, Kota Depok.
